Katie received her Masters in Social work from the Metropolitan State University of Denver Katie has worked as a behavioral health provider in a large healthcare system and served thousands of individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues and complex trauma histories and much more. Katie also has expertise in working with the LGBTQ community, with young adults experiencing major life transitions, and with folks experiencing grief and loss. She draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, somatic therapies, Jungian and existential psychology, solution focused brief therapy and mindfulness-based interventions to support clients in reducing distressing symptoms, and improving overall mental wellbeing. Katie is also able to offer Ketatmine Assisted Therapy sessions for those clients who are interested and who meet treatment criteria.
