Hi, I am Gen Morley.

I bring 15 years of psychotherapy experience, personal experience as a founder and a business consultant. My coaching process incorporates it all. I can see what others can’t and will tell you that others won’t. You will gain clarity that builds over the coaching arch to meaningful impact on those things that you decide are most important to you.

Here’s the reality that we will work within; you can not separate your mind and personal development from your work. Traditional Executive Coaching will always have a truncated impact when it fails to impact the whole person, their patterns, values and humanity. The best organizational structures and strategy can’t move the person. What We Do Together

We will change your brain. Literally. The reason our work in longitudinal is both because it has to take place over time to change your brain. We will be deciphering your default neural pathways by your behaviors and feelings and then supporting your brain to create new neural pathways that will become default through repetition that will facilitate myelination of new neural pathways.

I work with you as both a strategic thought partner and a psychologically trained mirror.

This work requires a minimum 6 month commitment.

INVENTORY: Deciphering current patterns (neural pathways)

We start with an inventory. Where are you, where have you been and what do you know now? We will uncover your history and choices and see what they tell us about what you value and the innate skills and aversions in your life. We use this information to inform the territory that we will work in and to get clear on the goals we will be working towards.

THE WORK: making new patterns (& neural pathways)

Then we get to work We will walk through your life to map out where who you are meets your work, and where your work is in your life. In this process we find patterns and less conscious strategies that you have been employing and optimize them toward your ideals. We will also more clearly define your values both around work and your personal life and we will use those clear values as a guide post at decision points.

I can facilitate you to expand your clarity and awareness in ways you can not currently imagine. Just like the ‘eye can never see itself’, we can not see ourselves and can not imagine what it is that we are not seeing. For this we need help, we need a mirror that is not biased. The more successful you are the less likely that you have unbiased mirrors available.

INTEGRATION: Establishing habits that last (Myelination of new pathways)

The Integration process. This dove tails in with the work and then extends out to become the new reality, your new clearer path forward. Practically this looks like implementing the values you have discovered. It is a creative process. How to live into your most authentic and powerful version of yourself is both lofty and deeply pragmatic. With my years of psychotherapy experience and coaching I have a diverse tool box of practical knowledge for establishing the discipline, courage and clarity in your day to day life. We will create action steps that are quantifiable, and measurable. Lists and visualizations- attached to things that are meaningful to you, not just woo. We will create new patterns of both behaviors and thought patterns that will allow you to default to this strategically evolved, aligned and powerful self.
